Hi,

Does anybody know of where I can get Star Wars comics, especially older ones
like the Droids ones and the Marvel ones? Are there any shops in the area or
in London that anybody knows about?

Also does anybody have or know anybody who has any Star Wars Finest chromium
trading cards? There's only 2 more I need to get and then I have the whole
lot including specials and binder. PLEASE HELP!!! I need numbers 28 (Boba
Fett) and number 36 (can't remember the character). I think those are the
right numbers. I will pay any REASONABLE price.

Thanks,

Charlotte

:-) Come on the shopping trip.....

But since the demise of Nu Earth your nearest dealer is probably "They Walk
Amoung Us" 30 Union Court, Sheen Road, Richmond. Come out the station, turn
left, walk down to the traffic lights, turn sharply left and cross the road
at the next traffic lights (before waitrose) down the passageway, past Mad
Andys Computer games and there you go. Jon (the owner) can be emailed on
theywalk@ I've been buying from here for years (mention
that Philip recommended TWAU to you) and other IFIS members (Tricky & Jim)
have also used them at times....

Other than that there is in the Tottenham Court Road tube area Forbidden
Planet/F***ing Pricey, Gosh ! Comics, Comics Showcase, and a newish one
whose name we can't remember.

I will now definitely run the shopping trip. Please argue amongst
yourselves as to a suitable Saturday.

Philip

The nearest comic shop to the college is probably Universal in Staines.

It is just down past the police station in Staines.
If you walk all the way, that is head all the way through the town.
When you reach the TSB you will see the police station. Cross the road
and walk past the police station and Universal is on the end of the
short row of shops you come to almost instantly.
By BR
exit Staines BR station. Go straight ahead until you reach a main road.
Turn left and you should see a set of traffic lights and the TSB.

Universal does sell trading cards but I don't know if they have what was
being asked about below.
They also do a nice deal on a standing order, and they are nearer than
London.

Are you pondering what I'm pondering Pinky?
I think so Brain, but it's a wonder this one grew back.

No it isn't. It doesn't exist anymore.

Sorry to be a bearer of bad news.
