One man and his bloody useless video

I set my video on monday evening to catch B5. I put the timer on and went to bed.
I woke up in the morning and the video had turned itself on and not activated it's timer.
It did that over the Easter break when we went away, it recorded the first item in the timer and then nothing else.
Anyway the upshot is that I am looking for a very nice person who has recorded Monday's B5, and who is wonderful enough to be willing to let me borrow the cassette for a day or two.
It's probably worth a pint.
