Hello all,

Do any of you lot know of anyone that can convert a video in NTSC format
onto a video in PAL format?

Well if anyone knows of a video or some other appliance I would be
eternally grateful. My parents have an american Camcorder, and I'm
buggered if I can get it's output onto a pal signal.

I'm told that the Union's (or College's) AV department can do it.

Failing that, get a video spigot, a PCTV card and a very large hard-disc for
your computer... :-/
