PS. As I have been assured by many members of IFIS that this
is an old and time honoured tradition for Secretaries at AGMs,

We once had a secretary who turned up completely naked apart from a tie.
(But they were a penguin.)

I will be attending our AGM
on 16 March in stockings and suspenders.

Note that she neglects to mention the boiler suit.

I am willing to use my femine charm
to get hold the tape, and then post it from
Norwich.

That doesn't sound hard. I was reliably informed about 5 years ago that
Norwich is largely populated by the most astoundingly ugly men imaginable.
Is this still the case?

While I would like to say no, to some extent it is true,
but only really among locals luckily.

Geraint was never a secretary of IFIS, that I remember.

He wasn't, but then he wasn't actually a penguin.
Opus The Penguin was elected secretary during our collective 3rd year. He
served approx. two terms, during which the newsletter was re-named from
RHBNChronicles to Rune With A View. As far as the Student Union was
concerned, however, there were two human students acting as Secretary,
called Geraint Pritchard, and Dominic Thomas. (They took a bit of convincing
to allow a penguin to hold a committee post, and insisted on the role being
underwritten by named humans.)

Still got a way to go if you're trying to challenge Shub-Niggurath though.

Many things have had that post (IFIS secretary), lemmings, pegiums, OHP
and even some humans...
Many have gone on to greater things like the post of chairman.
