Apart from Chewbacca? The only aliens I can recall would be
the bounty hunters in ESB, and I don't know their names.

Quite right. Chewbacca, Bossk (a Tandosharan, the big lizard) and Zuckuss (The
Gand, and insect like creature and not the robot as claimed by kenner and marvel
comics)

I'd also like to throw in the massacre of the Jawa crew in SW too....

That was just a natural desire to destroy the witnesses.
If it was supposed to be a sandpeople attack they couldn't
leave jawas running about squeaking about guys in white suits.

....besides they were all guilty of handling the droids and thus the stolen
death star plans. Sadly on tatooine they can't be sent for a ten stretch in
the scrubs so death by blaster it is....
