20090609 means 9th June 2009, and 2100 is in 24-hour clock format, IE 9:00PM

Basically this is just a fond farewell and a way to use up some of the social fund that you all contributed to this year thanks. Also the student union (SU) messed up and accidently gave us and extra 70 quid in our social so we should probably drink/eat that away.
